This control board with the dimensions length = 110mm / width = 52mm / height = 28mm serves as a charge control for DIY projects. The PCB allows a two-step adjustment of the charge current from 15A to 30A, e.g. through a switch, or through an NPN transistor. The PCB can also be operated directly with charging currents of up to 15 amps in single phase (Figure 4). It should be noted that the blue 16A CEE plug is connected with correct polarity (L1 must be switched). A Type 1 coupler (Part No. 10000310 or 20031001) can also be connected to the output. For three phase operation and charging currents of up to 30 amperes (Figure 5), a contactor must be used (for example, item no. 13200160). The series resistors for the two supplied LEDs are already on the board. The board is suitable for DIN rail mounting as well as for direct installation in the empty enclosures with the P/N 13200200 and 13200205 being suitable. Matching clips for DIN rail mounting are available under P/N 10000210. This controller is NOT SUITABLE FOR TESLA vehicles as the CP output only generates positive pulses.
